The Buy Uganda, Build Uganda (BUBU) is a government policy that was approved by Cabinet in 2014 to promote consumption and procurement of goods and services produced locally.

This will encourage foreign and local investors to produce locally, improve capacity of local producers to supply government, enhance quality and competitiveness on local & international market, create jobs and drive country to achieve Middle Income Status.

The BUBU Expo is an annual event under a Private Public Partnership between Ministry of Trade and Cooperatives (MTIC) and Investment Review Publications, aimed at promoting BUBU by:

- Promoting local content.

- Encouraging and building patriotism in general public.

- Enhancing networking and coordination around BUBU policy

The following are sponsorship packages and their respective value for money analysis.
Fee: Ugx 100,000,000/=
  • Sponsor(s) will be recognised as main sponsor(s)
  • The sponsor(s) will benefit from media blitz promoting event
  • The Platinum Sponsor(s) will be given a platform with a public address and supporting music to do promotions at Kololo Grounds during 3 days event.
  • The platinum's logo will be PROMINENTLY included in all adverts (TV & Radio) as main sponsors of BUBU Expo.
